The project is utilizing design-build cost-plus procurement. The service provider, Weingart Center, started site operations on 4/1/21, and residents moved in starting 4/12/21. There are currently 220 residents residing in the village. All 5 buildings and sitework are completed with the exception of minor corrections to achieve the certificate of occupancy. Additional operator's requested additional scope of work, such as, permanent dining canopy and Alhambra Street fencing are being reviewed for cost and schedule impacts.
