Walteria Retention Basin Improvements Phase I

• Project Scope:
  Reconstruction of the access road, repair of eroded basin side slopes, construction of an access ramp with boat launch, replacement of existing CMP down-drains with concrete swales, replacement of perimeter fencing, reconstruction of perimeter retaining walls, installation of temporary auxiliary dewatering system, and removal of vegetation and planting of native trees and vegetation.

  The project will improve maintenance's staff ability to safely and efficiently access and maintain the basin and will enhance the overall aesthetics of the area by providing native trees and vegetation.
