Naples Island Pump Stations Rehabilitation - Phase I

• Project Scope:
  The project involves the replacement and upgrade of the pumps, ventilation system, electronic control and monitoring system, communication system, and improvement of maintenance access.
• Project Benefits:
  Provide reliable flood control in a high inundation risk community.
• Community Engagement:
  A project information flyer was distributed to the Naples Island community. PM attended a community meeting March 30, 2023, to provide updates to the residents. Contractor has provided notices for start of construction and a 21-day prior notification for temporary bridge closure for Treasure Island. Prior to work occurring in the Rivo Alto Canal to remove flap gates the contractor posted notification at each site location.
