RLANRC Hospital Infrastructure

  • Project Scope:
    This project component of the Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center (RLANRC) includes the installation of underground utilities, hardscape, and landscaping. The new systems included, but were not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, storm water and wastewater management, gas, power, telecommunication, and improvements of the landscaping, roads, and pathways. Sustainable design and technology will be incorporated.
  • Project Benefits:
    This project is part of the North Campus Consolidation Project. Construct with sustainable design and technology for new infrastructure systems include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, storm water, wastewater management, gas, power, and telecommunication; and improvements of the landscaping, roads, and pathways for Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center.
  • Community Engagement:
    A consultant was hired for public outreach services for the North Campus Consolidation Project that include services of regular print publications of the project that were distributed to the neighborhood, a bi-lingual telephone hotline service, planning and message development for Town Hall meeting and provided new releases and media outreach around key milestones of the project.

    Project construction supports direct and indirect jobs.
