MLK Child Family Wellbeing Center

• Project Scope:
  MLK Child and Family Wellbeing Center (CFWC) project consists of the replacement of the existing MLK Medical Hub Clinic with a 3-story, approximately 60,000 SqFt modular building located at the northwest corner of 120th Street and Holmes Avenue. Upon completion of the MLK CFWC, the existing MLK Medical Hub Clinic would be demolished to provide spaces for surface parking adjacent to the MLK CFWC. The proposed project will house a pediatric mental health clinic operated by DMH, an autism center that will provide programs and services for families with children who have special needs, a pediatric vision and dental clinic, and associated support and administrative spaces.
