Project Scope:The project consists of the adaptive re-purpose, approximately 505,000 SqFt, of the former King-Drew Hospital building at the Martin Luther King, Jr. (MLK) Medical Campus to provide a new Behavioral Health Center (BHC), including outpatient and residential urgent care, primary care, and mental health programs and other administrative spaces. The project also includes associated fa?ade and site improvements.
