La Puente Enhanced One Stop Center

• Project Scope:
  Public Works BSD La Puente District Office is located at 16005 Central Avenue in the City of La Puente, and services SD 1, 4, and 5. The capital project will create a one stop development service center by replacing and demolishing the existing undersized 3,382 SqFt district office building with a larger facility approx. 7,000 SqFt to accommodate more County Services. The proposed project will design and construct a new single-story building, associated parking for 34 stalls, improve landscaped areas with drought tolerant vegetation, trees and create new signage and fencing. The new facility will include public services of 5 County Departments: BSD, Department of Regional Planning, Environmental Programs Division, Department of Public Health, and a dedicated office for SD 1. The existing district office will remain operational during construction as the new building and associated utilities are connected.
