Hilda L. Solis Care First Village

• Project Scope:
  This emergency housing project will provide 232 single-occupant rooms for persons experiencing homelessness. Located on a 4-acre site, the project consists of 2 three-story, 20 single-story residential buildings and an administration building with a full commercial kitchen. The buildings will be using prefabricated construction including the use of shipping containers. The project is utilizing design-build cost-plus procurement.
