Roybal Clinic Elevator Modernization

• Project Scope:
  Elevator Modernization project is to refurbish three (3) hydraulic elevators. the work includes, upgrade of the entire elevator cab interior finishes, lighting, control panel, doors and associated mechanism/ hardware. Work to include all associated mechanical and electrical upgrade at existing elevator machine room and elevator pits. It is anticipated that all contractor work shall be performed during normal business hours. All work shall be completed, accepted, and pass State inspection with a valid permit to operate.
