  The primary objective of this project is to improve roadway along Centinela Avenue: - Road resurfacing. - Reconstruct curbs, gutters and sidewalk.
• Project Benefits:
  Improves quality of life for residents and lessens wear and tear on vehicles.
• Community Engagement:
  A construction brochure will be provided approximately two weeks prior to start of construction.
• Project Location:
  Unincorporated County community of Ladera Heights, City of Los Angeles and Culver City - Centinela Ave from Green Valley Cir to La Tijera Blvd. - Centinela Av from SR90/Centinela Creek to W Jefferson Blvd.
• Cost Estimate:
  - Total Project: $3,500,000 - Construction: $1,820,000
• Economic Impact:
  Project construction supports 18 direct and indirect jobs.
• Schedule:
  - Final Plans – Aug 2022
  - Advertise for Construction Bids – Sep 2023
