Huntington Drive - San Gabriel Bl/132' West of Michillinda Avenue

• Project Scope:
  The proposed 1.3-mile-long road improvement project provides various roadway and parkway improvements along Huntington Drive. - Reconstruct the existing roadways, damaged curb, gutters, sidewalks, and curb ramps. - Construction of new storm drain. - Install buffered bike lanes along Huntington Drive within the project limits. - Install a new traffic signal at intersection with Madre St/Muscatel Av - Install new landscaping and hardscaping within the medians. Includes removal of nine trees and planting nine new trees.
• Project Benefits:
  Improves quality of life for residents and lessens wear and tear on vehicles; improves pedestrian access.
• Community Engagement:
  A project information flyer/meeting invitation was provided just after the project was awarded that described planned construction phasing and included the project website.
• Project Location:
  Communities of East Pasadena, Northeast San Gabriel and the City of Arcadia.
