Puente Avenue Landscaping and Community Monument

• Project Scope:
  The primary objective of this project is to improve the aesthetics and deter graffiti of the walls on Puente Avenue from just south of Sauder Street to Francisquito Avenue. The project includes the following proposed work: - Parkway and median improvements - Installation of vines supported by a metal trellis with an irrigation system - Installation of monument sign with lighting

  Improves quality of life for residents by beautifying the community.
• Community Engagement:
  A project information flyer and a pre-construction brochure will be provided after the project has been awarded and three weeks prior to start of construction, respectively.
• Project Location:
  Unincorporated County community of Bassett - Puente Avenue from just south of Sauder Street to Francisquito Avenue.
• Cost Estimate:
  - Total Project: $2,400,000.00 - Construction: $1,620,000.00
• Economic Impact:
  Project construction supports 28 direct and indirect jobs.
