Hacienda Heights - Hacienda Boulevard Phase I

• Project Scope:
  The primary objective of this project is to resurface 2.4 miles of major roadways. The project includes the following proposed work: - Pavement resurface - Sidewalk repairs - Guardrail upgrade - Tree removals and tree planting
• Project Benefits:
  This project will reduce road noise for residents and lessen wear and tear on vehicles.
• Community Engagement:
  A flyer to alert residents and businesses to the project will be distributed in Fall 2025. Future engagement planning will be discussed with Supervisorial District 1 to ensure community needs are met.
• Project Location:
  County Unincorporated Community of Hacienda Heights.
• Cost Estimate:
  - Total Project: $6,339,302 - Construction: $4,448,000
• Economic Impact:
  Project construction supports 35 direct and indirect jobs.
• Schedule:
  - Final Plans – Fall 2025
  - Advertise for Construction Bids – Summer 2026
  - Start of Construction – Spring 2027
