• Project Scope:
  The objective of this project is to install left-turn phasing to an existing traffic signal at the intersection of Arrow Highway and Lark Ellen Avenue.
• Project Benefits:
  When properly used, traffic signals are valuable devices for the control of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. They provide for the orderly movement of traffic and may reduce the frequency and severity of certain type of collisions.
• Community Engagement:
  A project information flyer and a pre-construction brochure will be provided shortly after the project has been awarded and prior to start of construction.
• Project Location:
  This project is located at the intersection of Arrow Highway and Lark Ellen Avenue, in the unincorporated County of Los Angeles community of Covina Islands.
• Cost Estimate:
  Total Project: $2,500,000 Engineer Estimate: $1,500,000
• Economic Impact:
  Project construction supports 18.6 direct and indirect jobs.
