• Project Scope:
  Install curve advisory signs and chevron signs in accordance with current California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices requirements to enhance safety along Bouquet Canyon Road. The project will update existing signing along the road including the installation of advance curve advisory signs and arrows for horizontal curves where applicable.
• Project Benefits:
  This signing project will enhance motorists¿ awareness of approaching curves in the roadway and the advisory speeds at which negotiating the curves are recommended.
• Community Engagement:
  A project information flyer and a pre-construction brochure will be provided shortly after the project has been awarded and prior to start of construction.
• Project Location:
  This project includes two segments of Bouquet Canyon Road located near the County of Los Angeles unincorporated communities of Leona Valley and Bouquet Canyon. First segment begins at Santa Clarita City boundary and ends 640¿ n/o M.M.16.43. The other segment begins at 1145¿ n/o M.M. 3.52 and ends 950¿ n/o M.M. 0.18. The total length of the project is approximately 6.48 miles.
