Castaic - Traffic Signal at Chiquito Canyon Road at SR-126

• Project Scope:
  Conduct plan review services and cover permit fees for Caltrans to install a temporary traffic signal and a permanent traffic signal on SR-126 at Chiquito Cyn Rd in the Castaic Community. Public Works will not be funding the design or construction work.
• Project Benefits:
  When properly used, traffic signals are valuable devices for the control of vehicular and pedestrian traffic. They provide for the orderly movement of traffic and may reduce the frequency and severity of certain type of collisions.
