Rowland Heights - Colima Rd at Nogales St

• Project Scope:
  Relocate (4) existing video detection cameras from the luminaire mast arms to the traffic signal mast arms.
• Project Benefits:
  Improve vehicle detection and enhance the operation of the intersection.
• Community Engagement:
  In January 2022, Traffic Systems Section received several traffic signal timing concerns from constituents regarding coordination in the unincorporated area of Rowland Heights along both Colima Road and Nogales Street. Staff performed a study of these concerns and reached out to constituents once it was completed.

  The intersection is entirely located in the unincorporated Los Angeles County area of Rowland Heights Supervisorial District 1 Road Maintenance District 1 Road Division 117 Flood Maintenance District East Area Thomas Guide 679-B5
