East Los Angeles - Michigan Ave and San Carlos St

• Project Scope:
  The objective of this project is to upgrade existing crosswalks on Michigan Avenue and San Carlos Street as well as to install a centerline on San Carlos Street, north of Michigan Avenue.
• Project Benefits:
  Vehicle and pedestrian safety at the intersection.
• Community Engagement:
  At the request of the First Supervisorial District Office, Public Works conducted study to evaluate intersection improvements at Michigan Avenue and San Carlos Street. Staff will notify the district office prior to installation.
