2025 Early January Red Flag Warning

• Project Scope:
  Prepare traffic control plans and install emergency traffic control measures for Dove Creek Townhouse complex
• Project Benefits:
  Due to damages caused by the Eaton Fire, the Dove Creek Townhome complex presents a health risk to the community and the Kinneloa Irrigation District staff working there. Emergency traffic control measures with notify the public of the traffic hazard and protect the generator parked on New York Dr to produce groundwater.
• Community Engagement:
  At the request of the Kinneloa Irrigation District, Public Works conducted a study to evaluate installing emergency traffic control measures for the Dove Creek Townhome complex at the intersection of New York Dr and Altadena Dr. Staff will reach out to requestor prior to installation.
