Las Tunas Drive-Live Oak Avenue-Arrow Highway TSSP - Baldwin Avenue to Valley Center Avenue

  • Project Scope:
    This project will synchronize traffic signals along Las Tunas Drive-Live Oak Avenue-Arrow Highway TSSP - Baldwin Avenue to Valley Center Avenue. It includes upgrading intersections along the corridor to allow for synchronization as well as upgrades requested by the Cities involved. This project is part of the Countywide Traffic Signals Synchronization Program that aims to reduce delays along corridors and vehicle emission by reducing idling times.
  • Project Benefits:
    The TSSP project will significantly reduce delays and accidents, thereby alleviating traffic congestion, decreasing air pollution, and lowering operational costs.

    Community engagement will be conducted as appropriate.

    Cities of Azusa, Baldwin Park, Glendora, Irwindale, Temple City and Communities of Azusa, Charter Oak, Covina, Monrovia on the Las Tunas Drive-Live Oak Avenue-Arrow Highway arterial TSSP - Baldwin Avenue to Valley Center Avenue

    - Total Project: $4,000,000

    Project construction supports direct and indirect jobs.
