Los Angeles County Public Works engaged an appraiser to conduct aeronautical rent studies for the five County airports. The aeronautical studies included an analysis of information and data for similar hangars and tiedowns at national, regional, comparable, and competitive airports.
Public Works is continuing to review the aeronautical rent studies and will make a determination in fall 2024 as to whether any aeronautical rent increases are necessary.
