Los Angeles County Recycling Market Development Zone
The Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ) program combines recycling with economic development to fund new businesses, expand existing ones, create jobs, and divert waste from landfills. It is a partnership between CalRecycle and local jurisdictions. |
