Los Angeles County Code (LACC), Title 11, Division 4
On June 2nd, the County of Los Angeles Board of Supervisors approved the revisions to the Underground Storage Tank Ordinance and fee increase. The revised ordinance has been the first revision to this portion of the County's Code since 2001, which includes updating our fee structure and addressing concerns from the State Water Board.
California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)
All businesses must submit their Unified Program Facility reporting forms electronically (instead of on paper forms) starting January 1, 2013, via the CERS Business Portal.

Based on the success of the electronic notification process for underground storage tank (UST) testing the Los Angeles County Public Works has developed electronic notification applications for the following activities.
As of January 11, 2016, electronic notifications are to be submitted to this office for any of the above activities. To access the electronic notification process click on "Electronic Notification" in the left hand column.
