Projects requiring a construction, demolition, and/or grading permit must recycle at least 65% of the debris generated. The C&D Debris Recycling and Reuse Program provides information, including forms and resources.
The SmartBusiness Recycling Program website lists recyclers for paper, electronics, food waste, textiles and other materials. Businesses located in unincorporated County jurisdictions can receive a free on-site waste reduction consultation.
