Will you please advise who maintains the horse trails in L.A. County, especially the ones that run along the 605 freeway and along the bike routes in the City of Norwalk? Also, are there certain hours that the horse trails can be used? Thank you!

Answer:
The County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation's Trails Crew maintains the horse trail along the 605 Freeway, which is a multi-use trail. Trail use is from sunrise to sunset.
