The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts (Districts) are seeking offers from jurisdictions, waste haulers, member agencies, and interested parties seeking SB 1383-eligible Recovered Organic Waste Products (ROWP) as a book-and-claim transaction. Please find enclosed the hyperlink in which to obtain and download the Bid documents. If you have any questions, please submit them following the instructions in the Bid document.
