Household Hazardous Waste Reuse Center
What is a Household Hazardous Waste Reuse Center?
An HHW Reuse Center is a place where residents can pick up unused or partially used products that have been taken to a Los Angeles County operated Household Hazardous Waste Permanent Center. These products include household cleaners, lawn and garden care, paint, and more.
Why do we have them?
Reuse Centers help divert usable materials from the waste stream, conserve resources and energy, and reduce costs. Los Angeles County residents can pick up these useful products for
FREE.
How does it work?
Stop by any of the two Reuse Centers during operating hours. If you need products, the Reuse Center may have it!
You do not need to drop anything off at the HHW collection event to pick up an item from the Reuse Center.
To allow everyone in the community an opportunity to pick up products from the Reuse Center, households will be able to choose up to five items per week.
