The Project will treat dry-weather and stormwater runoff from a 172.1-acre drainage area, with up to 5.3 acre-feet of runoff during a single storm event. The Project will improve the water quality of creeks, rivers, and ocean, increase local water supply (Santa Clara River Valley Basin), provide community enhancements such as drought-tolerate landscaping, and provide educational and outreach opportunities.
