Language Access
LA County Public Works is committed to offering services to all County residents in their preferred language. Our Departmental Language Access Plan (DLAP) ensures individuals with limited English proficiency receive language assistance via interpretation and/or translation to access our services at no cost.

Complaint Process
Submitting a Complaint
Complaints about language interpretation and/or translation services may be submitted through the following form: Language Access Complaint Form.
We will acknowledge receipt of your Language Access Complaint Form submission within 10 business days. If you do not receive a response within 10 business days, contact us at TitleVI@dpw.lacounty.gov.
Complaint Resolution
Public Works will review your complaint as soon as possible and offer a resolution within 90 business days from the date we receive your complaint.
