Proudly serves the residents of Los Angeles County’s 5th Supervisorial District — the county’s largest — spanning 2,785 square miles, which includes 20 cities and 83 unincorporated communities in the San Gabriel, San Fernando, Crescenta, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys.

The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation
The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization, co-manages the Arboretum in partnership with the County Department of Parks and Recreation. Our mission is to cultivate our natural, horticultural and historic resources for learning, enjoyment and inspiration.

Regional Park and Open Space District
The Regional Park and Open Space District (RPOSD) is a special district whose boundaries are the same as the County of Los Angeles and the County’s Board of Supervisors serve ex officio as its Board of Directors. It was created with the passage of Proposition A in 1992 and continues its mission “to enrich and empower the communities of Los Angeles County through innovative grantmaking for parks and open space” with the approval of Measure A by the voters of Los Angeles County in 2016.
