Protests must be mailed or hand delivered to the Public Works Headquarters, Environmental Programs Division before the close of the public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 9:30am. Protests may also be hand delivered at the public hearing.

Written Protest Requirements
- State that the identified property owner or tenant opposes the proposed waste management service fee.
- Provide the property address and assessor’s parcel number.
- Include the signature of the person submitting the protest.
- Only one protest per parcel will be counted.
