Explore Our Services

Los Angeles County Public Works provides many essential services to the community, including ongoing sewer maintenance which protects public health and the environment and keeps our communities safe. These services include routine sewer mainline cleaning, closed-circuit television assessment of sewer mainline condition, emergency repair of existing sewer infrastructure within the District, and sewer overflow response, containment, and stoppage removal.

TRAP THE GREASE

Join the Consolidated Sewer Maintenance District in the fight against sanitary sewer overflows (SSO’s). Being a part of the solution is as easy as following some standard practices around the kitchen.

CONDITION ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

We perform closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections and rate the structural integrity and maintenance condition of approximately 500 miles of sewer infrastructure each year.
